If you are new to computers and can't seem to figure out that cut and paste stuff then this is the book for you.

If you are thinking of learning HTML I would have to recommend this book.

If you are wanting to learn to program computers but are tired of overly complicated manuals then once again the 'dummies' series may be right for you. There is also a book on C++ if you are interested in easily learning the basics to object oriented programming.

So you understand the basics to programming and want to see what else is out there. Perl is a good choice. It runs on Win, Linux etc... and works great as a web scripting language.

If you are a Linux nerd then this book is a must for you! There are books for various flavors and one for Linux in general.

If you are interested in legal and ethical hacking (Security based penetration tests, forensics etc...) then this might be interesting.

If you want to read up on network security then the 'Hacking Exposed' series is right up your alley.

If you are a Linux nerd then the guys from 'Hacking Exposed' haven't forgotten you either.
